**What we’re looking for:**

We’re seeking someone who:

- Is a registered or in-training teacher.

- Can physically and mentally complete tasks necessary for caring for small children.

- Proactively looks after their health and well-being.

- Understands the demands and commitment required to be an ECE teacher.

- Is resilient and able to cope, adapt, and bounce back from difficult situations.

- Is loyal and committed to this position for at least 2 years.

- Can work at least 35 hours a week.

- Has an excellent work ethic.

- Is a strong verbal and written communicator, confident in using social media.

- Sees working with children as a privilege.

- Agrees with and can deliver on our mission to provide exceptional care and learning.
