Tirohia School Waikato

Y5–8 teacher

Tirohia School is looking for a teacher to support our senior class (Y5-8) from the start of term 4.
Tirohia is a small school that is going through a growth phase. We all muck in and get the jobs done. You will need to be a team player and have initiative. We are a friendly, passionate team, with a mix of experienced and more recently qualified staff. We work collaboratively and focus on paddling our waka together in the same direction, with our ākonga at the centre of all we do. While we work smart, we know how to enjoy ourselves, and have a laugh. 

Our roll is steadily increasing and we are building a positive reputation in our community. We constantly look for ways to improve our school and what we can offer our ākonga and their whānau. We are looking forward to an exciting year of PLD building our assessment for learning practices.
