Whether you are a deputy principal or senior management ready to step up to principalship or an existing principal seeking a new opportunity in a central city school, you will have:

• The ability to inspire and motivate others, creating a collaborative and inclusive school culture
• A servant-leadership approach, characterised by a focus on empowering and uplifting others, fostering a safe environment where everyone can thrive and succeed
• Proven skills in providing professional and instructional leadership, supporting kaimahi and ākonga to achieve their best
• Experience in implementing strategic priorities with a focus on balancing stability and change with outcomes-focus serving the needs of the school community
• A demonstrated commitment to maintaining effective systems and resources, ensuring that all decisions and actions are in the best interests of ākonga, kaimahi, and the wider community.
