Pēpi teacher

We are looking for a special person to join our beautiful Pēpi room here at Grow ECE. Our Pēpi room is made up of a tight-knit team of 3 teachers and we run a 1:3 ratio. This is a small group of children in a purpose-built space with a very spacious, natural outdoor environment.

The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of child development, experience working with infants, a personal teaching philosophy which aligns with Pikler and RIE philosophies, emotional intelligence and a warm and calm demeanour.

We offer flexible working conditions with the potential for a four-day working week, subsidised childcare, and subsidised membership at redefined wellness centre. We have opted into Full Pay Parity.
