Are you passionate about early childhood education and believe in the importance of respectful practice and kindness? We're seeking a dedicated teacher (certificated) to join our joyful Montessori community. Experience in Montessori or RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) philosophy is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued. We prioritise a growth mindset, flexibility with tasks and hours, and fostering respectful practice and kindness among adults. Our centre caters to children aged 2 to 5, offering a diverse curriculum that includes Heydeeho, play ball, little scientists, and yoga, ensuring every day is filled with fun and learning.
As a teacher with us, you'll develop and implement Montessori curriculum and activities that promote the intellectual, emotional, and social development of our tamariki. You'll create a prepared and organised classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Observing and assessing students' progress, you'll provide individualised support and guidance as needed.

What we're looking for in you:
- You are ECE qualified and hold current full or provisional teaching registration.
- You teach children in a positive, nurturing way.
- Montessori experience or willingness to learn.
- Gentle, patient, and empathetic approach to guiding learners, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Knowledge of ECE regulations.
- ECE experience is preferred but not essential.
