Māori immersion teachers allowance (MITA)
Ngā Puna o Waiōrea (NPoW or Rumaki) is seeking a full-time, fixed-term kaiako/teacher of Te Reo Māori (TRM), hangarau (technology) and/or Ngā Toi (Māori arts & crafts), starting as soon as possible in term 3, 2024 (from Monday 22 July 2024) and ending on Thursday 12 December 2024 (end of term 4).
Ngā Puna o Waiōrea is engaged in a journey of Mana Ōrite mō te Mātauranga Māori. Our kura has a long history of success for Ākonga Māori both within and outside the classroom.
We are seeking committed kaiako whose practices and values align with our Mission Statement (https://waiorea.school.nz/charter-and-mission/)
