Dean

We seek a motivated, suitably qualified teacher to join the pastoral team as a senior level dean. 

Please see our current advertised positions for 2025: English, Media, Physical Education and Health. Deaning with any of the stated subjects is welcome. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, highly successful, well-resourced area of the school, delivering programmes that are informed by best practice. 

The successful applicant will be an inspiring teacher / leader with sound curriculum knowledge and a forward-thinking team member. They will have a willingness to grow as a practitioner, a commitment to the OHS values and celebrate the academic success of all students. A co-curricular commitment for the wider life of the school is essential.

Tenure of three years, followed by the opportunity to extend, with mutual agreement for a further two years. Offering fixed-term 2MUs and a time allowance of approximately 12 hours.
