Why Wait? We are interested to hear from teacher trainees or post grad students keen to join our teaching team and learn more about Montessori Education and why it has been a global phenomenon for over 100 years.

Rather than waiting till you graduate we are giving you the opportunity to EARN as you LEARN. You need to be at least half way through your training so we know you are committed to becoming an early childhood teacher. 

Our preschool was the first Trilingual Montessori in Aotearoa offering English, Te Reo Māori and Spanish. On August 1st we will celebrate 13 years of serving our Hawke's Bay Community. 

Would you be willing to:

✅Embrace Montessori Education and the sequential structure it can provide through the Games, Activities and Montessori Materials.

✅Value language learning for and by preschoolers

✅Honour the Freedom of Montessori Education so  learning is personalised to each individual child and teacher

✅Engage in Professional Development and  be part of a team where Peer Feedback is embedded in our Culture

✅Contribute to our established documentation systems for assessment and reviews to ensure equity for each child and ongoing improvements

✅Participate in our Cultural Calendar and weekend Discovery Journeys.

As our First Ever Montessori Intern we will:

😊Have you join our annual team dinners August & April 1st each year

😊Have you come with us to the national Montessori Conference in Rotorua in July 2025

😊Provide you with 6 hours paid work as a Montessori Assistant each week as you complete your Early Childhood Training

😊Invite you to attend our team meetings

😊Offer you a monthly one to one Good to Great mentoring meeting with our Founder
