Learning leader - ESOL

We invite applications from people with a specific interest in the teaching and learning of English for speakers of other languages. A strong understanding of how ESOL programmes operate within the New Zealand Curriculum is required.

Applicants need high levels of initiative and flexibility to respond to the dynamic needs of the learners and the environment. Excellent digital, organisation and communication skills combined with strong levels of literacy and numeracy are essential. 

A commitment to the special character and the co-curricular programme of the college is essential.  

Some teaching in other curriculum areas or the senior school as appropriate to strengths and passions may be required.
