Head teacher - toddlers

The role:
We are looking for a pod coordinator (head teacher) to join our wonderful Moreporks (young toddlers) team at Bear Park Remuera. 

At Bear Park Remuera you'll work within a welcoming, supportive and respectful team who are committed to offering a calm and nurturing learning environment. With fabulous resources within a natural and engaging environment, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

As our pod coordinator, you will work with our Moreporks (1.5–2.5 year olds) leading a team of 5 other teachers with a maximum of 24 children (1:4 ratio). 

You will be a natural leader with a calm, warm disposition. Positive, reciprocal relationships with parents form the foundation of all we do so you will be a fabulous communicator. displaying empathy and professionalism at all times. You must be very experienced in, and dedicated to, the babies/toddler age group.
