Head teacher - preschool

The Role:
Bear Park Herne Bay, based on Shelly Beach Road, is in a character filled, homely bungalow, with a modern, purpose-built extension. The extension was designed to allow natural light to spill into the interior, creating learning spaces that are connected, inviting and well-equipped.

We are looking for a Head Teacher to join our wonderful preschool room. This is a fabulous opportunity to advance your teaching career in a supportive and engaging environment. As our Head Teacher, you will support and mentor your team whilst leading the development of engaging and meaningful learning experiences. 

At Bear Park we work hard to ensure our centre, and room teams, are diverse, collaborative and communicative. Our incredible ratios and open-ended environments allow teachers time to partake in small group work driving rich engagement with children.

We welcome feedback and conversation, which flows freely during our weekly 3 hours planning meetings. These are held during work hours to allow your personal time to remain your own.
