Music teacher

Owairoa Primary School, a top-performing school as described by the Education Review Office, is seeking an outstanding classroom teacher to facilitate exciting student learning opportunities within our school.

We are looking for an passionate music teacher to teach the fundamentals of music education for our Y0-6 classes. This full-time position will commence in Term 4 (Monday 14th October) or date to be negotiated. 

We welcome applications from NZ registered teachers who have a sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum, have strong classroom management skills, can work collaboratively, have a good work ethic, are energetic and highly motivated, are able to develop excellent learner focused relationships and be excited to be part of the Owairoa 'family'.
