As Deputy Principal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of our school. You will be responsible for enhancing the academic achievements of our students, promoting a positive school culture, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The successful applicant will have:

• A demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and the wider community.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Proven administrative and organisational management skills.
• Proven skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• The capability to be a team player who is flexible, adaptable and solution focused.
