Join our dedicated team in our transition room, designed to support learners settling into school with identified learning needs who need more individualised support to feel safe and happy at school. There is a small group of around ten learners with one full-time LSA.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for learners with identified needs.
- Implement strategies to support learners' self-regulation and social skills development.
- Collaborate with staff, whaanau, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each learner.
- Monitor and assess learners' progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs and individual learning plans.
We are looking for an individual who has:
