We are Clayton Park School, located in Wattle Downs, Manurewa. We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher with a learning mindset. Candidates with recent successful teaching experience in a NZ primary school are encouraged to apply. You will be a colleague to two other teachers in your collaborative space. We are on the BSLA journey and provide lots of opportunities for PLD. 

Our whole school PLD focus for 2024 is around improving outcomes for Māori learners, and relationship-based pedagogy. We will also focus on STEAM and Pasifika learners through the expertise of the Tautai o le Moana team.

This position would start the beginning of term 3 or as close as possible to the start of the term. 

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $59,027 to $99,216, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
