The successful candidate will be an advocate for learners, work with classroom teachers, senior leadership team, outside agencies, and organise our teacher aide team to best support our ākonga.

As an active member of the school's pastoral team, a large part of this position is about providing professional advice and guidance, supporting students with special assessment conditions, preparing individual learning programmes, and understanding support available beyond the kura.
