  • Champions bicultural practice and integrates Te Ao Māori into daily experiences.
  • Possesses excellent planning, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Leverages technology to enhance learning experiences for tamariki.
  • Believes in inclusivity and celebrates the richness of diverse backgrounds.
  • Takes joy in hands-on learning experiences alongside tamariki.
  • Is passionate about sustainability and weaves environmental awareness into teaching practices.
