Koromatua School is seeking kaiako who demonstrate an ability to foster a love of learning and compassion in ākonga and who will share our MANA (Manaakitanga, Aroha, Ngakau Pono, Ako) values.

Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative whānau of kaiako
Have the drive and passion to support Te Ao Māori
Honour and give life to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Put their ākonga at the centre of their teaching and learning, while enabling ākonga to take responsibility for their own learning
Are creative and innovative in their teaching programmes so that learners are engaged and excited
Have a working knowledge of iDEAL Structured Literacy
Have an up-to-date knowledge of the NZ Curriculum.
