Te Kura Tuatahi O Ngaaruawaahia is on an exciting journey and we are looking for experienced, motivated and passionate educators to come join us!
Our aakonga are looking for kaiako who are relational and have high energy to make learning responsive and relevant.
If you are passionate about impacting the next generation, have strong pedagogical knowledge in raising literacy and numeracy across the kura, skills in digital fluency, able to think outside of the norm to bring about meaningful change, comfortable to challenge the ‘status quo’, want to share your skills and knowledge with your colleagues, strong and proven behaviour management skills, a desire to be active in the local community, come to mahi each day pumped and ready to shape the lives of tamariki, committed to extra-curricular activities and have an understanding of tikanga Māori then we want to hear from you.
The successful application will be NZ registered, display effective culturally responsive teaching strategies, and be committed to professional growth. Ability to teach across year levels is essential.
