BLENNZ Auckland South – resource teacher vision (RTV).
2 x fixed term 1.0 positions (1SU) – starting 26 August 2024, finishing 17 December 2024.
BLENNZ Auckland South is looking for 2 dynamic, innovative and experienced teachers with current teacher registration and up-to-date knowledge of the NZ Curriculum to support the education of ākonga who are blind, deafblind and low vision from birth to 21 years.
The successful applicants will have good interpersonal skills, be competent users of technology and demonstrate an ability to develop excellent working relationships with parents, family/whānau and educators. Working successfully as part of a team is a key component of this itinerant position. Experience in vision education is desirable, but not essential.
