We are seeking an outstanding, energetic class teacher to join our team here at Waikanae School in term 4, 2024.

The person we are looking for will be:

• willing and able to work in a cooperative team environment, following our school values
• able to demonstrate commitment to te ao Māori and celebrate diversity
• a reflective practitioner, able to promote student-centred learning and quality curriculum programmes
• able to build professional and trusting relationships and communicate effectively
• someone who can assist with pastoral care and behaviour management
• New entrant experience would be advantageous
