We are searching for an exceptional kaiako to step into a head teacher role in our toddler room at The Village Preschool and Childcare.
Collaborating closely with two other experienced and professional head teachers and the centre manager, you will provide invaluable support, offering mentorship, coaching, and role modelling outstanding teaching practices to the team.
This position requires the ability to facilitate and foster positive whānau relationships and assist in compliance management. Sustaining and growing our enrolments will be an integral part of this role.
