Campus Principal - Hastings

We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated Principal to provide educational and academic leadership at our modern, well-resourced Hastings Campus in Richmond. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of our students in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Educational leadership: Provide visionary leadership to staff and students, fostering an environment of academic excellence and self-directed learning.
• Day-to-day management: Oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring smooth implementation of school policies and programs.
• Curriculum delivery: Ensure effective curriculum delivery in line with NCEA requirements, focusing on student engagement and achievement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Teaching and Learning Leadership Team and the Regional Management Team to integrate expert support in Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property, and WHS.

Qualifications and experience:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant/Deputy Principal, Head of School, or a similar role in curriculum development or teaching and learning.
• Strong understanding of NCEA curriculum requirements.
• Experience in building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for modern teaching methods and technologies.
