Our community-based, inclusive and supportive school seeks a motivated, reflective and experienced teacher dedicated to fostering learning and hauora.

Strengths in curriculum knowledge and effective teaching practices, a willingness to use equitable teaching methods, and being a successful communicator, collaborator and learner, are required. Building strong relationships with tamariki, parents, whānau and staff, being passionate about holistic education, and the ability to honour Tiriti o Waitangi and meaningfully integrate te reo and tikanga Māori, are other important qualities we need.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position are set by the Primary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $59,027 to $99,216, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once the role is confirmed.
