We are looking for an experienced, qualified, and registered centre manager who is passionate about forming relationships, engaging in respectful and responsive practice and considered to be an outstanding leader.
You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bring people and community together. You will be a leader who can effectively coordinate a team of pouako ensuring individual strengths are embraced, utilised and fused together to create an environment where early learning thrives, and tamariki remain at centre.

You will be welcomed as a valued member of our extended whānau and receive generous ongoing professional support. 6+ weeks' annual leave per annum. 10 hours non-contact per week, 7 days a year for quality PD and teacher only days and 5 centre manager days. We have a great support network and offer the kindergarten pay scale to all our teachers. RKA also fully subsidises your first aid renewals biennially.
