Physical education and health teacher

Mountainview High School is a state co-educational school of 500 students, located in Timaru, South Canterbury. We have a warm whānau environment inside beautiful school grounds and well resourced classrooms. 

We require a PE and health teacher to cover for one of our staff members who is leaving during Term 3. 

Our ideal candidate will have

• Knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum including NCEA
• Good understanding of Health and Safety in the Physical Education spaces
• An ability to build relationships with students
• Strong classroom management practices
• An understanding of the Health curriculum up to Y11.
