One of the first early childhood centres in New Zealand, Aorere College Childcare Centre has been serving the local community for over 40 years. We are a mixed age centre (0 to 5 years) with a small roll and a team of highly experienced teachers.

At Aorere Childcare Centre we are committed to developing our teaching team – with a strong focus on mentoring and a flexible environment we offer a supportive place for kaiako to develop and grow their practice.

Aorere College Childcare Centre is looking for a registered or provisionally registered teacher. 3rd year students are also welcome to apply.

The right applicant will be enthusiastic, have a natural affinity with children and have the desire to grow professionally. They will be honest, reliable and work well within a team.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
