• can lead, with good communication skills, can motivate, support and inspire a passionate team
• knows MOE regulations and will follow centre policies and procedures
• can be resilient and flexible to change and lead by remaining positive
• comfortable in doing paperwork, can evaluate learning stories, inspires our programme planning and adhere to parent aspirations
• can build on the strong relationships with whānau and our tamariki.
