Classroom teacher

We seek a dynamic and collaborative teacher committed to high-quality teaching and learning. The position will be in the middle school area (Y3–4) and is fixed-term for terms 3–4. This is an awesome opportunity for a teacher who is motivated, and who places learners at the center of all they do, to join our school team for the rest of the year.

The successful applicant will have sound curriculum knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and be able to develop strong, respectful relationships with students, staff and whānau. 

The applicant should have a strong foundation in teaching literacy and numeracy, and an understanding of PB4L. It would be advantageous if they were familiar with Structured Literacy, along with experience working with students  of diverse needs and in a multicultural environment.
