At our Papakura branch, we have an opportunity arising for a leader who can manage the day to day running of the centre and be the PERSON RESPONSIBLE.

• We seek a person responsible who is able to inspire, motivate and support teachers & is culturally responsive.
• We seek a leader who serves others; has strengths in mentoring and collectively working alongside tamariki, colleagues, whānau and community to foster pathways for future generations.

• Are you able to inspire, motivate and support teachers to continually improve teaching and learning?
• Are you able to lead and support others in working towards a shared strategic vision of the centre?
• Are you a leader who is culturally responsive in ensuring tamariki and whānau are provided with equitable opportunities to learn?

About this role:

• You would lead a team of 5-6 other teachers, plus support staff, to provide a high quality programme
• We have strong whanaungatanga relationships with whānau, tamaiti and the wider community
• We offer fantastic professional development opportunities.

All applicants must hold a NZ recognised ECE qualification and current provisional or full teacher registration.
