Deputy Principal – special character position.

McAuley High School is a high-performing, multicultural Catholic state integrated school in Otahuhu, Auckland, seeking to appoint a deputy principal. 

The successful candidate will be committed to working with parents and community, realising the potential of Māori and Pasifika learners, as well as students from all backgrounds. They will need to have an inclusive, supportive approach to learning needs and be an educational leader, who ensures that the school's systems and processes are of a high quality, that they are aligned with the school vision, and are responsive to the identified needs of learners.

As a deputy principal, you will be a key member of the leadership team, delivering the programmes and culture required to ensure continued exceptional levels of achievement for all students, and contributing to the ongoing success of the school. A commitment to upholding and supporting the Catholic character of the school is expected.
