Due to one of our wonderful preschool kaiako moving regions we have a preschool teaching position available at our awesome service.

We are a service based in a semi-rural setting where we have four separate learning environments (this includes a nursery) where our tamariki have lots of room to play and explore their natural environment. We have a variety of animals where our tamariki have opportunities to develop a love of and care for these. We also offer regular miniature pony rides which our tamariki love!

Our ideal candidate will;

• Have excellent communication skills that work towards strengthening relationships in a busy work environment
• Demonstrate respectful practices that foster meaningful relationships with tamariki that promote tamariki social and emotional competencies
• Bring dedication, be present and passionate about empowering tamariki and upholding their mana
• Be able to work with a high degree of motivation, energy, warmth, initiative and flexibility
• Approach teamwork with a spirit of collaboration and contribution, and bring kindness, openness and a sense of humour
