Teacher - team leader under 2's

We are looking for a registered team leader who naturally inspires/motivates colleagues, proficient in managing a team and effective communication skills.  Must have BEd ECE, have previous leadership experience worked with infants and toddlers; familiar with key teaching approach; demonstrate excellent skills in organisation; assessment; programme and planning and self-review and hold a current first aid certificate. 

We follow a key teaching approach throughout the centre and practice respectful unhurried care routines and rituals.  

Essential skills include an interest in being active, knowledge of programme planning and self-review; passionate about the early years; commitment to excellence and to the provision of high-quality teaching and learning experiences; values a positive team culture.
