The role: We're looking for an energetic, qualified kaiako with fantastic leadership and management skills to join our vibrant team. You'll lead, inspire, and promote our centre's philosophy, building strong connections with whānau and the teaching team. Together, we'll create a secure, independent, and exciting learning environment for our tamariki.

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified teacher
• Experience as a team leader or head teacher
• Confidence in curriculum design, planning, and assessment
• Strong communication skills and a knack for creating a fun, enriching atmosphere
• Expertise in Internal Evaluation for continuous improvement
• Skills in quality planning and assessment
• Dedication to fostering social and emotional development in our tamariki
• A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment

Bonus points:

• Montessori training or experience (but it’s not a deal-breaker!) Training can be provided.
