About the role
We are seeking an amazing kaiako to join our Year 4-5 auraki (bilingual) whānau in 2027.
Te Kura ō Te Pāroa is a kura with a strong commitment to Ngāti Awatanga and te reo Maori. We are developing a strong Aka Mātauranga (High Impact Teaching Practices) approach, using evidence-informed teaching practices within a Māori-medium setting.

- Uses assessment information to plan teaching, monitor progress and respond to learning needs.
- Is reflective, open to feedback and committed to continually improving their teaching practice.
- Is committed to bilingual education, with capability in te reo Māori and an understanding of tikanga Māori.
