Waituna Creek School is a fabulous rural school five kilometres from Waimate Township in stunning South Canterbury. We offer small class sizes, recently refreshed and refurbished classrooms, an amazing outlook and an emphasis on supporting each child to experience their own version of success. 

Waituna Creek School is seeking an enthusiastic principal release teacher to join our team and facilitate exciting learning programmes for an amazing group of 17 year 4-6 students. 

A successful applicant will be confident in planning, implementing and assessing reading, writing and mathematics programmes as well integrating all other areas of the curriculum in their daily programme. 

This is a permanent part-time position of 0.6 FTTE (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) with the possibility of covering some Classroom Release Time in the junior 0-3 room. 

Position commences: Monday 22 July 2024.
