Due to one of our team moving overseas a unique opportunity has arisen to work at a highly desirable school, just 20 minutes drive from Hamilton in the heart of the beautiful town of Cambridge - well known for excellent cafes, boutique shops, cycling, rowing, horse racing and tree-lined streets.

We are looking for an experienced, interesting and vibrant teacher to join our fabulous team of 10 teachers. We have a growing roll of about 200 students. 

1. The successful applicant will accept the condition to support, uphold and be positively involved in the special character of the school. (Catholic desirable but not essential)
2. With proven evidence of supporting students to make excellent learning progress across the curriculum, drawing on strong pedagogical knowledge. (Liz Kane Structured Literacy, Writer’s Toolbox, Numicon and te reo Māori experience desirable, but not essential)
3. Being well organised, efficient, displaying positive energy and willingness to learn
4. With natural capabilities of building positive relationships with students, staff and our community.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Primary Teachers’ Collective Agreement 2023-2025.
