Assistant Dean/Classroom Teacher

Role and responsibilities

Working closely with the Year Group Leader (Dean), the Assistant Dean helps lead a dedicated team of educators, supporting them in curriculum delivery, pastoral care, and administrative duties.

As a key member of our management team, you will contribute directly to shaping and driving the school’s vision and strategic goals.

Position details and application

This position includes a classroom teaching role in Year 7 or 8. To support your leadership responsibilities, you will receive at least 1 additional day release per term, along with 3.5 hours per week of CRT time generated through our specialist programmes.
