Scale A Teacher

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly effective scale A teacher to join our team.

This unique role combines the design and delivery of a relevant and engaging emotional regulation programme with targeted literacy and mathematics teaching that supports students to achieve success both in the classroom and beyond.

The successful applicant will:

• Design and deliver an evidence-informed emotional regulation programme that builds resilience, self-management, and confidence.
• Deliver engaging literacy and mathematics programmes that accelerate student learning and achievement.
• Create positive, inclusive learning environments where students feel safe, connected, and ready to learn.
• Build strong partnerships with whānau, staff, and external agencies to support student success.
• Demonstrate culturally responsive practice and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Be an outstanding relationship builder, collaborative team member, and reflective practitioner.
