Junior Classroom Teacher - New Entrants to Year 2

Our school has approximately 120 students and is located on the stunning West Coast of the South Island, half-way between Hokitika and Franz Josef. We have many classic West Coast outdoor recreational opportunities on our doorstep. Hokitika is just 45-mins drive away with the only traffic hold-ups being milking cows or wildlife crossing the road. We have the advantages of living in a small community with quick access to larger facilities such as supermarkets, retail, trades and other services. We are seeking a passionate New Zealand registered Primary teacher to join our team of enthusiastic, collegial and collaborative staff.

Currently Room 1 has our Years 0 to 2 wee ducklings. However, there is some flexibility according to your strengths, experience and where you shine. We enjoy a supportive community, small class sizes and fantastic students.
