About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Music Administration Support Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical and operational support to our busy Music Department.
The role has a particular focus on our Co-Curricular Performance Music Programme, including itinerant music lessons, bands, orchestras, choirs and chamber groups. Responsibilities include coordinating external tutors and itinerant teachers, supporting the day-to-day running of music activities and events, and assisting with student resources and NCEA performance assessments.
