2 English Teachers

We are seeking 2 enthusiastic and committed English teachers to join our supportive and collegial English Department. These are full-time, permanent positions starting in 2027.

An exciting leadership opportunity is also available for a suitably experienced applicant to take on the role of literacy coordinator, supporting the development and strengthening of literacy teaching and learning across the school.

We are looking for motivated, collaborative and student-centred teachers who can build positive relationships with learners and contribute to an engaging and supportive learning environment. Applicants should demonstrate effective classroom practice, culturally responsive teaching and a commitment to raising student achievement.

Experience teaching junior and NCEA English is desirable. Experience supporting English as an Additional Language learners, linguistically diverse students, or teaching media studies would be an advantage.
