About the role
Alfriston College is a co-educational, state secondary school in South Auckland. We are dedicated to developing and supporting life-long, independent learners.
We seek a science teacher who is enthusiastic, collaborative, innovative, and has expertise in teaching science at both junior and senior levels. A strength in physics is preferred. Strong curriculum knowledge is essential, along with the ability to build connections with our learners, colleagues and school community. Please state your specialist areas and other subjects.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,678 to $99,216 depending on applicants' qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed. Beginning teachers may be eligible for the Voluntary Bonding Scheme
