About the role

As a valued member of our teaching team, you will:

• Use Te Whāriki to plan meaningful learning experiences for tamariki
• Document and celebrate children's learning through quality assessments
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging
• Build positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

About you

You will bring:

• A recognised New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current NZ registration
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical practice
• Passion for the New Zealand curriculum and innovative teaching practices
• Confidence using digital platforms to document learning and engage with families
