Wellington Hills Christian College is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused leader to establish and lead its new Community Development function.
Working closely with the principal and senior leadership team, this strategic role will strengthen connections across our school community, develop alumni and stakeholder engagement, and establish sustainable fundraising and philanthropic initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in community engagement, relationship management and fundraising, alongside strong strategic leadership skills and a commitment to supporting the college's Christian mission and values.
Salary: $90,000–$105,000, pro rata
