Our vibrant, caring school of 94 Year 0–8 tamariki is looking for a collaborative, visible, and future-focused deputy principal to join our dedicated team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate leader who believes in working alongside colleagues to grow great teaching practices while helping guide our school's strategic direction.

This permanent position carries 2 permanent Management Units (MUs), with a potential of 1 fixed-term unit negotiable depending on the successful applicant's leadership profile and school needs.

The role includes a 0.8 classroom teaching component, 0.2 leadership release (4 days in class, 1 day leadership release). The teaching component is expected to be in the middle area of our school (around Years 2–4).

Proven leadership experience and strengths in curriculum and PB4L philosophy would be an advantage, along with a commitment to developing the practice of others. However, full leadership responsibilities remain open for negotiation based on the successful candidate's strengths.
