ECE Qualified and Fully Registered Teacher

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated registered ECE teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator who is looking to grow professionally.

We are looking for a committed teacher who is passionate about children's learning and development and is ready to contribute positively to a supportive teaching team. The successful candidate will play an active role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and may have opportunities to develop their leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

• hold a current New Zealand ECE practising certificate
• have solid experience working in an early childhood education setting
• demonstrate a sound understanding of Te Whāriki and play-based learning
• be confident in planning, implementing and evaluating meaningful learning experiences
• build positive, respectful relationships with children, whānau and colleagues
• demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
• show initiative, professionalism and a willingness to guide other teachers
• have a good understanding of licensing requirements, health and safety, and compliance
• be interested in developing leadership skills.

What we are looking for

We want someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, reflective and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and care. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn and grow is equally valued.
