Years 6–8 Hub Leader (Specialist Years 7–8 Focus)

Are you an inspiring leader passionate about guiding emerging adolescents through crucial years of growth? We are seeking an experienced, relational leader to lead our vibrant, collaborative Years 6 to 8 hub.

As our hub leader, you will shape a rich, integrated learning environment that balances rigorous explicit instruction with empowering inquiry learning. You will lead a supportive team, nurture student growth across academic, social, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, and foster strong community connections.

We are looking for someone who:

• has proven leadership experience with a relational, empowering, and collaborative style
• demonstrates excellence in teaching literacy and numeracy in rich, inspiring, and comprehensive ways
• is skilled in designing and delivering action-based inquiry learning programmes
• is deeply committed to supporting Years 7 and 8 students as they mature academically, emotionally, and spiritually
• resonates with our supportive, team-first leadership culture.
