Health & PE Teacher

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Health & Physical Education teacher to join our team as we establish a new junior college in South Auckland.

This is an opportunity to help shape a learning environment where movement, wellbeing, teamwork and personal growth are valued, and every student is encouraged to participate, challenge themselves and discover what they’re capable of.

We want someone who can:

• Design and deliver dynamic Health and PE programmes that inspire early adolescents through movement, games, sport, practical activities and meaningful learning about health and wellbeing.
• Create a positive, supportive environment where students of all abilities, backgrounds and confidence levels feel safe, included and motivated to participate.

• Help students develop movement skills, teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship, healthy relationships and an understanding of their own wellbeing.

• Work alongside colleagues to create connected learning experiences and contribute ideas that help shape our developing school and its culture.
