About the role
Christchurch Adventist School is a vibrant, Year 1–13 state-integrated Christian school. We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative and innovative teacher to join our team in a maternity cover position starting mid-Term 1, 2027 to cover our Year 2 class.
The successful applicant will be a NZ registered teacher with strong curriculum knowledge, effective pedagogical practice, and a passion for supporting student growth and wellbeing.
An internal applicant is currently being considered for this position.
Tagged position: As a special character school, the successful applicant will demonstrate a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the Seventh-day Adventist special character. The successful applicant will also demonstrate the capability to maintain curriculum programmes and activities that reflect the school’s special character as conditions of employment.
